Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Inficore. To ensure your technical gear and collaboration pieces reach you securely, please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock Items: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.

  • Pre-order Items: If your order contains a pre-order item (such as specific IP collaboration products), the entire order will be held and shipped together once all items are in stock. We recommend placing separate orders if you require in-stock items sooner.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates

We utilize a global fulfillment network to deliver our products. Delivery times depend on the destination and the originating warehouse:

  • United States: 4 - 8 business days (Dispatched from our US fulfillment center).

  • Rest of the World: 12 - 18 business days (Dispatched from our international fulfillment center).

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and do not include the 1-3 day processing window.

3. Shipping Rates & Customs

  • Shipping Fees: Inficore does not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and total weight of the parcel.

  • Duties & Taxes: For international orders, customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes (VAT), or customs fees applied by their destination country. Inficore has no control over these charges.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to logistical constraints or postal regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain remote regions or specific countries. If we determine that your address is in an unserviceable area, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost in Transit: If your tracking information confirms the address was correct but the package is lost, Inficore will provide a one-time reshipment at no extra cost.

    • Requirement: The customer must first contact the local postal service or carrier to confirm the status and provide us with a confirmation of the inquiry or a formal claim reference.

  • Address Errors: Inficore is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Shipping Costs

  • Non-Quality Related Returns: For returns due to sizing issues, change of mind, or personal preference, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Defective Items: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
